APPLICATION

Suitable for excellence in Printing & Surface bonding of Inks & Adhesives on Plastic films & Lay flat tubing’s of Polyethylene, Polypropylene, H.M. BOPP & Polyester with many plus points.

WHY

Polymers such as Polyethylene, Polypropylene, H.M. BOPP, Polyester etc. delivered from hydrocarbons have wax like surface which makes them inert towards any surface coating. The wax like surface reduces the surface tension of the film and so any liquid will form a droplet on its surface. This is why surface treatment of such films become necessary to make them printable or gluable.

WHERE

Surface pretreatment is required prior to printing, coating & laminating or other similar applications on Polymers such as low & high density Polyethylene, polypropylene, H.M. BOPP, Polyester & Paper.
